Qualifications

Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in an insurance role.
Excellent knowledge of personal lines insurance market.
Proven track record of managing a client portfolio and renewals.

Responsibilities

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty.
Oversee renewal process for personal lines policies and negotiate terms.
Evaluate clients’ risk profiles and advise on suitable products.
Provide excellent service by addressing client inquiries and issues promptly.
Achieve New Business/Renewal targets and support growth initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and market practices.
Collaborate with other teams for training and product development.
Attend client visits with Management as required.
