The HR & People Experience function in Uisce Éireannprovides strategic support to business unitsthrough a Business Partnering model.The function supports the implementation of HR policy and strategy, represents the needs of businessareas to the HR centres of excellence,and provides dedicated functional support across abroad range of HR practices.It is also responsible for the development and delivery of Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Employee Experience, Onboardingand HRISstrategies, ensuring theseare aligned and integrated across HR and Transaction Services tosupport the delivery ofUisce Éireann’s objectives.
The Administration Team within the Human Resources & People Experience function in Éireannplays an important role in supporting theeffective operation of Uisce Éireann’s leadership and governance activities. This includes supporting administrative activities,coordinating the scheduling, preparation and distribution of materials for Executive meetings, and maintaining effective document managementprocesses. The team alsoenables coordination and cohesion across Directorate areas andprovides high-quality PA support to the CEO and Executive Management.
As a member of the Administration Team, reporting to the Administration Manager,the Personal Assistant (PA)will provide professional administrative and coordination support across business areas. This is a key support role for an organised, proactive and discreet individual who enjoys working in a busy environment and engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.ThePAwill act as a trusted point of contact for management, helping to manage priorities, coordinate communications and support effective decision-making. They will bring strong organisational awareness and a commitment to continuous improvement, contributing to better ways of working across the Administration team and the wider organisation.
