Tech Skills Resources (part of the CPL Group) seeks a passionate Person in Charge (PIC) to lead high-quality residential services for individuals with intellectual disabilities in Louth, Ireland. You will oversee operations, ensure dignified, person-centred care, and drive continuous improvement across centres.

You will mentor teams, ensure HIQA-compliant care, and build strong relationships with families and multidisciplinary colleagues.

Qualifications

• Nursing Degree with NMBI registration (or eligibility) or a Level 8 Degree in Social Care.
• At least 3 years management experience in health or social care.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, person-centred planning, and clinical governance.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland.

• Leading the day-to-day operations of residential services in line with HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007
• Driving the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care
• Ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and organisational requirements
