Rehab Enterprises seeks a Programme Facilitator to promote independent living and facilitate educational and recreational activities for service users. Based in Ennis Residential Service, the role requires QQI Level 5 in Social Care and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum QQI Level 5 in Social Care or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of New Directions and community-based programmes.
• Knowledge of intellectual disabilities and mental health issues.
• 1 year experience in a relevant setting facilitating person-centred plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver person-centred programmes for service users.
• Act as a key worker to facilitate the Person Centred Planning process.
• Support individuals in accessing their community by facilitating activities.
• Ensure adherence to all RehabCare administrative rules and procedures.
