Autism A Chara in Arklow, Co. Wicklow, is seeking a Facilitator for a day service, on-site, 18.5 hours per week. The role requires a full QQI Level 5 Health Care qualification and a passion for person-centred support.

You will work on a rota, support individuals with complex needs, assist with daily living activities, and help them participate in the community. Benefits include pension, sick pay, maternity/paternity leave, and paid breaks.

Competenze

• A full QQI level 5 Health Care Qualification is essential.
• Passion for providing person-centred support is key to success in the Facilitator role.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills are required.
