You will model great service, manage in all areas of the store, drive KPIs, and develop a motivated, inclusive team. This full-time role requires weekend work and a strong focus on commercial performance.

The role reports to the People & Service Manager and offers a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and supervisory capability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service and role model this for the team.
• Lead and develop a diverse, engaged store team.
• Duty manage across store operations including product and visual standards.
• Drive KPI performance across sales, shrink, payroll and customer metrics.
• Support the Manager to improve the customer journey and store performance.
