OM Ireland is seeking a part-time Personnel Officer to welcome individuals and help them find their place within God’s mission. You will manage interviews, training, and orientation, ensuring smooth onboarding and care for team members in Ireland and beyond.

You will collaborate with People Care and Leadership, maintain policies, contracts, and visa support, and cultivate well-organised structures that enable the team to thrive.

Qualifications

• Interviews, administration, training and orientation of applicants.

Responsibilities

• Assess opportunities for candidates for Ireland or abroad.
• Communicate with applicants, sending fields and sending churches.
• Update employment contracts and policies; assist with visa issues.
