Job summary

Merchants Quay Ireland seeks a People Culture Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations at the Head Office, 24 Merchants Quay. You will help implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to keep staff engaged and aligned with MQI values.

You will work with Employee Relations, payroll support, HRIS administration, leave and recruitment onboarding, training, and reporting, contributing to a positive workplace culture and consistent HR best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR operations in a People Culture environment.
• Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Attend and support formal employee relations meetings, taking minutes and advising on policy compliance.
• Support absence and leave management processes and HRIS administration.
• Assist with recruitment onboarding, training coordination, and HR reporting.
