Job summary

Tullamore Court Hotel is seeking an experienced People & Culture Assistant Manager to support our people strategy across Tullamore Court Hotel and Radisson Blu Athlone.

You'll work with hotel leadership and the Group People & Culture team to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, training and development, and to help create outstanding colleague experiences across both properties.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in Human Resources, People & Culture or a related hospitality role.
• Qualification in Human Resources Management, Business or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of People & Culture initiatives across both hotels.
• Partner with managers and department heads on people-related matters and HR best practices.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention activities.
• Assist with employee relations processes and HR administration.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives across both properties.
• Help drive colleague engagement, recognition and wellbeing programmes.
• Maintain HR records and support compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
