Job summary

Tullamore Court Hotel is seeking an experienced People & Culture Assistant Manager to support our people strategy across Tullamore Court Hotel and Radisson Blu Athlone.

You'll work with hotel leadership and the Group People & Culture team to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, training and development, and to help create outstanding colleague experiences across both properties.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in Human Resources, People & Culture or a related hospitality role.
• Qualification in Human Resources Management, Business or a related discipline.

• Partner with managers and department heads on people-related matters and HR best practices.

We're looking for an experienced, motivated People & Culture Assistant Manager to support our people strategy across Tullamore Court Hotel and Radisson Blu Athlone.

Working closely with the hotel leadership teams and Group People & Culture department, you will support recruitment, employee relations, engagement, training and development initiatives across both properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a people-focused HR professional looking to develop their career within one of Ireland's leading hospitality groups while helping create exceptional colleague experiences.
