Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Penetration Tester to perform advanced manual assessments across web, mobile, infrastructure, cloud, and Active Directory.

You will join a client-facing team delivering clear technical reports and executive summaries, mentor junior testers, and help build internal tools and methodologies. Occasionally you will support pre-sales and work onsite with customers to translate security findings into practical mitigations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional penetration testing experience.
• Manual testing skills beyond automated tooling.
• Strong Windows, Unix and networking security knowledge.
• Scripting or development experience (Python, C#, Java, PHP).
• Good knowledge of cloud environments.
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, CREST or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and client-facing confidence.
