Job summary

Curative Care in Wisconsin seeks a PRN Physical Therapist for outpatient pediatrics to evaluate and treat young patients, develop individualized plans, document progress, and communicate with families, referral sources, and school partners.

You will supervise graduate students, provide education and coaching to families and other disciplines, and contribute to ongoing training within an on-site, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Masters or better in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelors or better in Physical Therapy.
• Doctorate or better in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and document for pediatric clients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and goals.
• Coordinate care with outside providers and schools.
• Educate and coach families and other disciplines.
• Supervise graduate students (1 per year) and observe students.
• Provide in-service to the department and participate in special projects.
