Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Renal Therapy Specialist to support renal teams across the island of Ireland, with a focus on Peritoneal Dialysis (PD). The role requires clinical credibility, patient-focused education, and close collaboration with healthcare professionals to optimise renal care in Munster, Connaught, and Ulster areas.

You will champion clinical education, partner with renal clinicians, and work with Account Managers to align clinical activities with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Recognised nursing qualification with dialysis (PD) experience preferred.
• Strong presentation and educational skills for training clinicians at all levels.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational abilities.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work both independently and with teams.
• Willingness to travel across Munster, Connaught and Ulster regions with full licence.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare professionals on shared decision-making using current evidence.
• Deliver education on Vantive’s PD therapies, products and services.
• Provide structured education and training via onsite or virtual sessions.
• Build trusted relationships with renal and PD teams.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to meet strategic objectives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support customer success initiatives.
• Keep up-to-date with PD therapies and broader renal clinical landscape.
