Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Renal Therapy Specialist to support peritoneal dialysis therapy across Ireland. You will bring clinical nursing expertise to educate renal teams, guide patient pathways, and collaborate with account managers to drive clinical outcomes. The territory includes Munster, Connaught, and parts of Ulster.

Qualifications

A recognised nursing qualification with dialysis (PD) experience preferred.
Strong presentation and educational skills to train clinicians.
Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to travel across the region - Munster, Connaught and designated areas within Ulster (full driving licence required).

Responsibilities

Educate healthcare professionals on PD therapies and evidence‑based decisions.
Build strong relationships with renal and PD teams to improve patient care.
Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver strategic objectives and training materials.
Maintain currency with clinical evidence, guidelines, and product developments.
