Reporting to the Head of People & Development – Ireland, the Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of payroll across multiple jurisdictions, supporting approximately 1,800 employees globally.
The role oversees the end-to-end payroll process, working closely with external payroll providers, HR, Finance and employees to ensure payroll is processed accurately, compliantly and in line with all statutory requirements. Responsibilities include payroll administration, pension remittances, payroll reporting, query resolution and maintaining robust payroll controls and procedures.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving continuous improvement across the payroll function, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, strengthen controls and support the ongoing growth of the business.
