Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring full stack engineers (backend leaning) to expand and evolve our payments systems. You will build and maintain usage tracking, lead migrations of enterprise pricing and usage processing, and enable customers to upgrade and pay through different entities and providers.

You will collaborate with Finance, Tax, Growth and product teams to ensure compliant, high‑quality billing with secure, scalable APIs and robust monitoring.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Python.
• Strong backend development background.
• Experience with APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage and data structures.
• Strong test design and security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain usage tracking so that requests are metered accurately and latency is not affected.
• Lead migration of enterprise pricing and usage processing, including new stream-processing services.
• Make it easy for customers to upgrade and pay, including payments through different entities and providers.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Growth and product teams to meet compliance and reporting needs.
• Debug complex billing scenarios and ensure reliability of live systems.
