Job summary

Responsibilities

• Reads production sheets and menu cards to determine items for trays.
• Sets up, assembles and serves food for patients and functions in a timely manner.
• Washes dishes and cleans work area, tables, cabinets and floors.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and record information accurately.
• Observe infection control and HACCP policies in food handling and storage.
• Liaise with patients to meet dietary needs and catering requirements.
• Deliver professional service and work with colleagues as part of the catering team.
