Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping, cleaning and laundry operations.
• Schedule staff and allocate resources to meet service requirements.
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and performance targets.
• Conduct inspections, audits and ensure compliance with infection prevention and control procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs and drive continuous improvement.
