Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver Passenger Services training and development for staff.
• Conduct inductions and ongoing training for new and existing employees.
• Update training modules and course materials regularly.
• Address audit findings by customers and integrate corrective actions into training.
• Ensure compliant shadowing procedures and prepare relevant reports and records.
