Fleetwood Paints, Ireland's largest indigenous paint company, is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate for our Trade Depot/Decorating Centre in Newbridge. You will work every Saturday and one additional weekday each week, assisting trade and retail customers with product selection and orders while promoting Fleetwood products.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate, ongoing training, a friendly team environment and the chance to work with a market-leading Irish brand. Pay: €14.15-€15.41 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
• Interest in DIY, decorating, paint or hardware products is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
• Reliable, organized and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to trade and retail customers.
• Assist customers with product selection and enquiries.
• Process sales transactions and customer orders accurately.
• Arrange deliveries and liaise with couriers.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote Fleetwood products.
• Maintain product knowledge across Fleetwood range.

Due to this continued growth, we are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at our Trade Depot/Decorating Centre at Kilbelin Enterprise Centre, Newbridge Industrial Estate in Newbridge.

Working every Saturday and one additional weekday each week, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and is looking for a consistent part-time position. Would suite

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to both trade and retail customers.
• Assist customers with product selection and respond to enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Process sales transactions and customer orders accurately.
• Arrange deliveries and liaise with couriers as required.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote Fleetwood products.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge across the Fleetwood range.
• Assist with stock control, stock replenishment and merchandising.
• Check and receive incoming deliveries.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the depot.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support depot operations.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in retail, trade counter, customer service or sales would be advantageous.
• Interest in DIY, decorating, hardware, paint or construction products is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Reliable, organised and capable of working independently.
