Job summary

Carraig Donn in Galway is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join our team at Corbett S/C. This role is 21-26 hours per week with weekday and weekend shifts and immediate start.

You will lead a small team, drive sales, manage tills and stock, and uphold store presentation while delivering excellent customer service in our fashion, jewellery and giftware range. Qualifications

• Must be fully flexible with weekday including evenings and weekends.
• Part-time schedule of 21–26 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading and motivating a high-performing team to meet weekly and monthly targets.
• Promote sales while controlling costs to maximise profitability and achieve optimal gross margin.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and adherence to all Company Procedures and Health & Safety Procedures.
• Uphold company standards in customer service, health & safety, and overall store presentation.
• Foster a strong team spirit through communication, leadership, and collaboration.
• Support Store Manager with organising and managing weekly team rotas to ensure adequate coverage within budgeted hours.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards in line with Company guidelines.
• Handle customer queries and complaints promptly, escalating to Head Office where necessary.
• Ensure the effective use of the till system, cash management, and daily store operations.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of team members to enhance store efficiency and engagement.
• Maintain high standards of stockroom organisation and overall store safety and hygiene.
