Job summary

DV8 Fashion Clare store is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor to lead the sales team by example, using your product knowledge and a welcoming approach to deliver excellent customer service.

You should have experience as a supervisor in retail; DV8 values progression, a hands-on manager, and offers benefits including staff discount and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a supervisor in retail or similar environment.
• Ability to lead a sales team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong product knowledge and visual merchandising understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Open and close the store following security procedures.
• Ensure products are priced correctly and the shop floor is clean and tidy.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and product presentation.
• Operate the till for card and cash payments (training provided).

About You

We are on the lookout for a part time Retail Supervisor to join our DV8 Fashion Clare store. Step into a role as a Supervisor where you will lead the sales team by example, using an excellent understanding of product with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide excellent customer service, ensuring your team does the same. Ideally you should have experience working as a supervisor in a similar environment although we will consider other relevant experience to this role too!

About The Role

Being a supervisor in DV8 is a responsible but rewarding role with a clear path for progression, as part of your duties you will -

• Provide excellent customer service, greeting our customers with a smile and help them as much as you can
• Be responsible for opening and closing of the store following the security procedures
• Ensure that our customers have the best shopping experience by ensuring all our products are priced and the shop floor is clean and tidy at all times
• Maintain high standards of merchandise in store ensuring our products are positioned to look their best
• Be responsible for the operation of the till for both card and cash payments - training will be provided if necessary
