Job summary

DV8 Fashion Castlebar is recruiting a part-time Retail Supervisor (25-30 hours) to lead the sales team with a hands-on approach, a strong product knowledge, and a friendly, welcoming manner that delivers exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, maintaining merchandise standards, ensuring accurate pricing, operating the till, and supporting daily store operations while benefiting from staff discounts and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor in retail is preferred.
• Flexible with hours and able to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Open and close the store following security procedures.
• Ensure products are priced correctly and the shop floor is clean and tidy.
• Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation.
• Operate the till for cash and card payments; training will be provided.

About You

We are on the lookout for a part time Retail Supervisor (25-30 hours) to join our DV8 Fashion Castlebar store, please note that flexibility will be required. Step into a role as a Supervisor where you will lead the sales team by example, using an excellent understanding of product with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide excellent customer service, ensuring your team does the same. Ideally you should have experience working as a supervisor in a similar environment although we will consider other relevant experience to this role too!

About The Role

Being a supervisor in DV8 is a responsible but rewarding role with a clear path for progression, as part of your duties you will—

• Provide excellent customer service, greeting our customers with a smile and help them as much as you can
• Be responsible for opening and closing of the store following the security procedures
• Ensure that our customers have the best shopping experience by ensuring all our products are priced and the shop floor is clean and tidy at all times
• Maintain high standards of merchandise in store ensuring our products are positioned to look their best
• Be responsible for the operation of the till for both card and cash payments - training will be provided if necessary
