Allcare Drogheda is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Manager to lead the front-of-counter operations and sales team on a part-time basis. You will ensure high retail standards, effective stock control, and adherence to SOPs while delivering excellent customer care.

The role requires robust retail pharmacy experience and proven management ability, with strong communication skills to motivate the team and drive profitability in a busy community setting.

Formación

• Retail Pharmacy experience and management experience are required.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a busy setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the sales team to deliver best-in-class front of counter standards.
• Manage front-of-counter retail business and staffing.
• Ensure cash handling, receipts, and banking are processed per policy.
• Maintain stock control, SOP compliance, and promotions.
• Monitor and improve rostering to maximise profitability.
