Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment in Cork is currently recruiting for a Retail Fulfilment Operative on a part-time basis. You will handle order picking, packing, and ensure timely dispatch in a fast-paced retail environment.

This hands-on role requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will receive full training and join a friendly, growing retail business.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/retail/order-picking experience is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills.
• Physically capable of standing and moving stock throughout the day.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders accurately using picking lists/scanners.
• Packing products securely and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Checking orders for accuracy before shipment.
• Labelling and organising packages.
• Receiving and putting away stock.
• Assisting with stock checks and inventory control.
• Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean and organised.
• Following company Health & Safety procedures.
• Working as part of a busy team to meet daily targets.
