Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment in Cork is currently recruiting for a Retail Fulfilment Operative on a part-time basis. You will handle order picking, packing, and ensure timely dispatch in a fast-paced retail environment.

This hands-on role requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will receive full training and join a friendly, growing retail business.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/retail/order-picking experience is advantageous.

Retail Fulfilment Operative - Part time

We are currently recruiting for a Retail Fulfilment Operative tojoin a busy and growing retail company based in Cork.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing products and ensuring orders are ready for dispatch on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders accurately using picking lists/scanners
• Packing products securely and preparing orders for dispatch
• Checking orders for accuracy before shipment
• Labelling and organising packages
• Receiving and putting away stock
• Assisting with stock checks and inventory control
• Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean and organised
• Following company Health & Safety procedures
• Working as part of a busy team to meet daily targets

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous warehouse, retail or order-picking experience is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Full training will be provided, so candidates with the right attitude and work ethic but limited experience are encouraged to apply.
