Job summary

SuMi TRUST Global Asset Services is seeking a Senior Fund Administrator for Net Asset Valuations (NAV) in Dundalk. This part-time role (4 days per week) involves reconciling positions, cash, income and fees, and ensuring accurate NAV production for multiple fund types.

You will work with the NAV team to deliver timely valuations to clients and third parties. You will mentor junior colleagues, liaise with internal departments and manage relationships with external stakeholders while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years fund industry knowledge in a valuation environment.
• Experience working in NAV or fund accounting/valuation is essential.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation checks on positions, cash, income and fees for NAV production.
• Prepare data for fund accounting system such as journal entries and income accruals.
• Investigate discrepancies and escalate where required.
• Support timely NAV delivery to clients and third parties.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth NAV processes and reporting.
• Mentor junior NAV team members and review work.
• Participate in month-end tasks and external reporting for NAV valuations.
