Job summary

Glenroyal Hotel & Leisure Club in Maynooth is seeking a part-time Marketing Executive to lead social media and content creation. The role involves storytelling, community engagement, and driving bookings, with 16–24 hours per week across weekdays and occasional weekends.

You will work under the Group Marketing Manager to craft content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email and the website, ensuring brand tone and messaging are consistent. Experience in hospitality marketing is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing in hospitality/tourism desirable
• Proven experience managing social media channels highly desirable
• Experience creating short-form video and photography content advantageous
• Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite and scheduling platforms, Adobe Creative Suite and CMS beneficial
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok essential

Responsibilities

• Manage the hotel’s day-to-day social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms
• Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar
• Create engaging content and copy across video, reels, stories, photography, email marketing, website content and promotions
• Ensure content reflects the hotel’s brand identity and tone of voice
• Support planning and delivery of hotel marketing campaigns throughout the year
• Develop social campaigns around key commercial periods (Christmas, weddings, family breaks, leisure stays, dining, events, conferences)
• Assist with planning and promotion of hotel events, launches, activations and promotions
