Job summary

Tullamore Court Hotel in Ireland is seeking a passionate Part-Time Fitness Instructor to join our leisure team. You’ll lead engaging sessions and help members get the most from our facilities in a welcoming, professional environment.

You will work as part of a friendly team, support guests with their goals, and promote safety and high service standards while maintaining a clean fitness area.

Qualifications

• Holds a recognised Fitness Instructor qualification.
• Experience leading fitness classes or working in a leisure environment.
• Enthusiastic, approachable and able to motivate others.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Lifeguard qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

The role

You’ll play an important part in creating a positive experience for our members and guests, helping them get the most from our leisure facilities. You’ll lead engaging fitness sessions, support members with their goals and help maintain a welcoming, professional environment.

• Lead a variety of engaging fitness classes and sessions.
• Support members and guests with their fitness goals and provide guidance where appropriate.
• Create a positive, friendly and inclusive atmosphere within the leisure centre.
• Help ensure the fitness area and equipment are clean, safe and well maintained.
• Work as part of the wider leisure team to deliver a high standard of service.

About You

You’ll be a qualified fitness professional who enjoys working with people and is confident creating an energetic and welcoming environment.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a recognised Fitness Instructor qualification.
• Has experience leading fitness classes or working in a leisure environment.
