Job summary

Agridirect in Ballyconnell is seeking a reliable, organised person for our e-commerce dispatch and warehouse operations. The role is hands-on, involves picking, packing, labelling and preparing orders for courier collection, as well as stock checks and general warehouse duties.

The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, comfortable in a busy environment and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Agridirect is looking for a reliable and organised person to join our team in Ballyconnell, working in our e-commerce dispatch and warehouse operation.

This is a hands‑on role helping us process and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.

Main Duties

• Picking products for online customer orders
• Packing and labelling parcels for dispatch
• Checking orders for accuracy before they leave
• Preparing orders for courier collection
• Receiving deliveries and putting stock away
• Keeping warehouse and picking areas organised
• Assisting with stock checks and stock control
• Helping with other general warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For

Previous warehouse, retail, picking/packing or e-commerce experience would be an advantage, but is not essential as training will be provided. Forklift licence is an advantage.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 2:00pm

This is a permanent part-time position based at our premises in Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan.
