Bua in Celbridge, Ireland, is seeking a Part Time Coach to join our CrossFit and health team. You will coach classes, support gym members, and help create a welcoming community both inside and outside CrossFit sessions.
You will report to the Head of Operations and contribute to a high-performing culture. The role requires CrossFit Level 1 certification (Level 2 is a plus) and strong communication, organisation, and customer-service skills.

Bua is seeking an individual devoted to providing exceptional fitness coaching and to lead a community at our Celbridge Gym. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be joining an established team who are dedicated to serving our members by providing superior fitness coaching, both inside and outside of CrossFit classes.
Additionally, you will be building a real community, taking care of our facility and creating an environment for growth.
Your key tasks include, but are not limited to:
Working 9 – 15 hours per week, coaching classes, attending team meetings and coaching development sessions and taking care of your facility. It also includes responding to Bua gym and member needs/requests and upholding the Bua standards and driving the culture.
To accomplish this mission, you will have a high degree of problem solving and autonomy based on your past successes and relevant experience. You must be a great communicator, organised, and have proven success in supporting customers to enhance customer satisfaction.
