Job summary

Bua in Celbridge, Ireland, is seeking a Part Time Coach to join our CrossFit and health team. You will coach classes, support gym members, and help create a welcoming community both inside and outside CrossFit sessions.

You will report to the Head of Operations and contribute to a high-performing culture. The role requires CrossFit Level 1 certification (Level 2 is a plus) and strong communication, organisation, and customer-service skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Plan and coach classes to the highest standard.
• Provide attentive and friendly service to Bua members.
• Shape and nurture lasting relationships with members and subscribers.
• Manage all Bua Memberships using Wodify.
• Maintain, repair and improve all aspects of the Bua facility.
• Escalate concerns to management and uphold brand culture.
