• Maintain the catering department in a clean, hygienic dining room.

• Cook as required under supervision and serve meals.
• Ensure excellence in the presentation of food.
• Keep kitchen well-stocked while being economical with resources.
• Encourage staff to be economical with resources.
• Maintain a home-like environment prioritising resident dignity and independence.
