Job summary

Qualifications

• Duties include cleaning, waste management, setting up rooms for events, welcoming visitors and supporting social outreach.

Responsibilities

• Keep halls, rooms, corridors, kitchens and restrooms clean and tidy.
• Manage waste and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Report maintenance, security or building concerns.
• Set up rooms for clubs, meetings, activities and events.
• Welcome visitors, give tours and support event setup.
• Help create a safe, friendly community space.
• Coordinate volunteers and staff during larger events.
• Complete simple post-event reports.
