Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the building when required, operating the intruder alarm system.
• Supervise the use of the carpark and sports hall/room rental while occupied by centre users.
• Set up the sports hall and meeting rooms according to customer needs.
• Manage the heating system.
• Maintain and oversee the upkeep of the building.
• Keep internal and external areas clean (sweeping, hoovering, mopping, window cleaning, bin emptying, weeding, power washing, painting).
• Carry out light maintenance repairs (oiling locks, bleeding radiators, changing bulbs).
