Job summary

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 21 years or older and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for at least one year.
• 18 years or older for certain disadvantaged groups.

Responsibilities

• Daily opening and/or closing of the three offices and ensuring office security.
• Setting up and seating for meetings, keeping meeting rooms clean and tidy.
• Collecting and forwarding post, and dealing with hand deliveries.
• Performing minor general maintenance such as painting.
• Daily rubbish removal to Tait skips.
