Job summary

Dara Community Living in Dublin is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide individualised, person-centred support to a person with autism in the North Dublin area. The role involves delivering rights-based support within an agreed plan to promote autonomy and community participation.

The position is a 1-year fixed term with the potential for full-time, offering up to 10–15 hours weekly across weekdays/evenings. Experience with autism and a relevant social care qualification are preferred.

• Experience supporting individuals with autism.
• Strong person-centred practice understanding.
• Calm, respectful, and empathetic approach.
• Full driver’s licence and access to transport where applicable.
• Ability to work independently and to high standards.
