Job summary

Chime The National Charity for Deaf & Hard of Hearing People is seeking a friendly Audiologist/Hearing Aid Audiologist for a part-time role (3 days per week) to work from our Dublin City Centre or Dundalk resource centres. You will provide hearing assessments, fittings, and aftercare to adults with hearing loss, while maintaining high standards of client care and GDPR-compliant records.

The role requires registration or eligibility with ISHAA/BSHAA/IAA, 2–3 years’ experience (preferred),

Qualifications

• Qualified Audiologist/Hearing Aid Audiologist registered or eligible to register with ISHAA/BSHAA/IAA.
• 2/3 years relevant work experience preferable, but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Noah.
• Familiarity with Salesforce advantageous.
• Full clean driving license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide hearing assessments and related hearing care services to adults with hearing loss, Deaf adults and those with tinnitus.
• Carry out hearing tests, hearing aid prescriptions and fittings; REM fittings.
• Provide counselling to clients and carers on hearing loss and use of hearing aids.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with Chime teams and provide clinical cover during leave.
