Job summary

Sherpa Kids is seeking an Afterschool Childcare Assistant for Kilmessan National School, Meath, Ireland. This part-time role offers an hourly rate of EUR 15.00 to EUR 15.75, with a schedule Monday to Friday 1.40pm - 6pm.

You will supervise children, assist with homework, and lead a variety of indoor and outdoor activities while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment. Garda vetting and two written references are required after interview.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school-aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed after interview).
• At least 2 written references checks before starting.
