Job summary

You will plan programmes, tailor activities to individual needs, and maintain engagement records while supporting audits and care standards. Prior experience with older persons is desirable and a creative, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or related field is required.
• Experience with older persons is desirable.
• Creative, positive and engaging personality is essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver activities that support resident wellbeing.
• Encourage participation and tailor activities to individual needs.
• Build relationships with residents and the local community.
• Maintain records of engagement and participation.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with care standards.
