RecruitNet International Ltd is seeking dedicated Staff Nurses for a leading Nursing Home in County Wexford. Roles available: Relief, Part-Time (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM), and Full-Time positions.

Join a supportive team delivering high-quality care in a professional, compassionate environment. You will contribute to assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents' care, ensure care plans are audited, and support the Clinical Care Manager in maintaining high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or eligible for registration.
• Newly qualified/graduate nurses will be considered.
• Experience in gerontological care and/or dementia care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering care within the home to support the ongoing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each resident’s care.
• Help ensure that care plans are routinely audited, remain appropriate to each resident’s needs, and accurately reflect the care being provided.
• Ensure all complaints are managed appropriately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Actively engage residents in meaningful conversation and activities that align with their lifestyle choices, at a pace and level that respects their dignity and individual communication needs.
• Support the Clinical Care Manager in overseeing and maintaining high standards of clinical care within the home.
