Crewit Resourcing is hiring on behalf of a client in the parking and mobility sector for Parking Enforcement Officers. This is an active outdoor role focused on parking compliance, public safety, and delivering customer service across designated areas.

You will patrol car parks and streets, issue penalties when required, maintain records, guide the public on rules and procedures, and support safety. Full driving license is essential; role is full-time with typical hours 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM,

We are seeking Parking Enforcement Officers to join our client’s team. This is an active, outdoor role focused on ensuring parking compliance, supporting public safety, and delivering excellent customer service across designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned car parks and on‑street areas to ensure compliance with parking regulations.
• Issue penalty notices or apply enforcement actions where required.
• Keep accurate records of enforcement activity and report issues with signage or site conditions.
• Provide clear guidance to members of the public regarding parking rules, fines, clamping procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and calm approach when engaging with the public.
• Support public safety by ensuring parking rules are consistently applied.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑managed parking environment.

Requirements:

• Full, clean manual driving license (you will be required to drive a company vehicle).
• Minimum age requirement of 21 (for insurance purposes).

• Ability to work independently and remain calm in challenging situations.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Full‑time role, typically 5 days per week.
• Standard working hours approximately 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with some weekend work required.
• Work is primarily outdoors and active, with varied daily tasks.
