APCOA Parking UK is hiring a Clamping Enforcement Officer in Cork. You will patrol private car parks, enforce regulations, drive between sites, issue notices and apply wheel clamps as needed, while delivering clear and professional advice to motorists.

This field-based role requires independence, resilience, and excellent customer service. Full training provided and a company vehicle during working hours.

The Role

Clamping Enforcement Officer

Cork Area (Driver needed)

Earn up to €40,000 per year* €14.15 per hour & monthly enforcement bonus

As a Clamping Enforcement Officer with APCOA, you'll patrol private car parks across Cork, ensuring parking regulations are followed on behalf of our clients. You'll drive between sites, issue parking notices, apply wheel clamps where appropriate and provide clear, professional advice to motorists. This is an important public facing role that requires confidence, resilience and excellent customer service.

Before you apply...

You'll spend most of your working day:

• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Driving between multiple sites
• Walking throughout your shift
• Lifting and fitting wheel clamps (approximately 18kg)
• Working independently for much of the day
• Dealing professionally with customers who may be upset or frustrated
• Following procedures accurately and consistently

However, if you enjoy working on your own, keeping busy and remaining calm under pressure, you'll find this a rewarding and varied role.

What we're looking for

• Physically capable of lifting wheel clamps throughout the day
• Able to use a smartphone and basic technology

People from customer service, retail, hospitality, delivery driving, security, military, transport, warehouse, facilities management and enforcement backgrounds often do well in this role.

Essential Requirements

• Full clean manual driving licence – we cannot accept an N licence
• Over 21 years of age (insurance requirement)
• At least two years' driving experience
• Able to pass a Garda Vetting / criminal record check
• Able to provide two employment references

What you'll receive

• €14.15 per hour
• Earnings up to €40,000 per annum* (monthly enforcement bonus available)

• Five days out of seven on a rotating rota including weekends
