Job summary

Vertiv Burnfoot site in Co.Donegal seeks an experienced Panel Wirer to join a skilled team. You will wire LV/MV switchgear and assemble control panels from engineering drawings, working within a safety-focused manufacturing environment in Ireland.

Reporting to Production Managers, you will test panels, perform thermal inspections, and mentor others while maintaining quality and timely delivery on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience wiring and assembling electrical panels.
• Ability to read and follow schematic diagrams accurately.
• Experience ensuring proper electrical connections and troubleshooting.
• Experience assembling mechanical equipment and electromechanical systems.
• On-field service work / onsite installations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical switchgear and related equipment per drawings and schedules.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship in factory and at customer sites.
• Work from schematics, manuals and drawings for precise assembly.
• Contribute to fitting and constructing parts for integration.
• Perform mechanical/electrical maintenance and site modifications.
