Job summary

Crown Paints in Clarehall is hiring a part-time Sales Assistant to join our store team in Dublin. You will help customers, mix and tint paint, process sales, and support stock control while delivering great service in-store and over the phone.

We offer £12.71 per hour, up to 25% quarterly bonus, 36 days holiday including bank holidays, a company pension, and benefits. A full driving licence is required, and there is no night work.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident approach with customers.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Retail or sales experience is helpful but not essential.
• Attention to detail and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in store and over the phone.
• Mix and tint paint to customer requirements.
• Drive the store van to deliver stock locally.
• Process sales and handle POS transactions.
• Support stock control, deliveries and store standards.
• Build relationships with customers and open trade accounts.
