Job summary

Crown Paints Cork store is seeking a Sales Assistant/Driver to join our Cork team. The role involves delivering brilliant customer service in store and over the phone, tinting paint and driving the store van to deliver stock locally, while processing sales and maintaining stock standards.

You will build relationships with customers, open trade accounts, and help grow our DIY and professional trade customer base.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate friendly, confident approach with customers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Retail or sales experience is helpful but not essential.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety.
• Must hold a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in store and over the phone.
• Mix and tint paint to customer requirements.
• Drive the store van to deliver stock locally.
• Process sales and handle POS transactions.
• Support stock control, deliveries and store standards.
• Build relationships with customers and open new trade accounts.
