Job summary

Singapore Cricket Club in Ireland, County Dublin, is seeking a hands-on Painter / Technician to support painting works and general facilities maintenance. The role involves painting walls, ceilings and fixtures, plus basic maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing and carpentry areas as needed.

The successful candidate will have a technical qualification (NITEC/ Higher NITEC) and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with the ability to work independently or in a team and be willing to work

Qualifications

• NITEC or Higher NITEC or relevant technical qualification.
• 2-3 years of painting, maintenance or repair experience.
• Experience in painting, plumbing, carpentry and basic electrical works an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Physically fit and hands-on maintenance capable.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Carry out painting, touch-up and repainting works for walls, ceilings, doors, fixtures and other areas.
• Perform general maintenance and repair work, including electrical and plumbing, carpentry related repairs will be an advantage.
• Inspect and identify defects or maintenance issues and carry out necessary rectification works.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to ensure the Club's facilities, equipment and fittings are kept in good condition.
• Attend to maintenance requests and urgent repair works when required.
• Assist contractors and external service providers with maintenance and renovation works.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure tools and equipment are safely stored after use.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and Club requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Salary: S$2,500 - S$3,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
