Job summary

Medforce are recruiting Paediatric Speech & Language Therapists to join established Child Development Centres. You will work with children and families within a supportive multidisciplinary team and contribute to assessment, therapy planning and service development.

We welcome newly qualified therapists and those with paediatric experience. The role offers flexible hours, professional supervision, CPD support and competitive salary with regular reviews.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech & Language Therapy recognised in Ireland.
• CORU registration is required.
• IASLT membership is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group speech and language therapy to children and young people.
• Support children with neurodevelopmental needs, autism and other additional needs.

• Participate in clinical meetings, case conferences and service development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Speech & Language Therapy recognised in Ireland.
• Current CORU registration.
• Current IASLT membership.
• Paediatric SLT experience desirable.
• Ideally 1+ years’ post-qualification experience, although newly qualified therapists are welcome to apply.
• Experience with autism, Down syndrome or other additional needs is an advantage.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Garda vetting and satisfactory references.
• Own transport for occasional school visits.
