TCP Homecare, a leading homecare nursing provider, is seeking a Community Nurse with dual paediatric and general qualifications to deliver high-quality nursing care and IV therapy in home-based settings.

The role involves shift work from Monday to Sunday (no night shifts) with weekend rotation, and requires strong communication, documentation, and teamwork with the nursing director and multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Paediatric & General Nursing Qualification required.
• Cannulation & Phlebotomy skills essential.
• Demonstrable IV therapy experience including care of central venous access devices.
• High degree of self-motivation and willingness to adapt to change.
• Evidence of personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to adult and paediatric patients in home/community settings to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records and timely reporting after visits.
• Collaborate with nursing director and multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service.
