Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Ireland is seeking Registered Nurses to deliver one-to-one in-home care for children with complex needs. The role focuses on clinical excellence, compassionate care, and meaningful family-centered support outside the hospital.

Night shift opportunities are available across South Louth and East Meath, with flexibility and strong clinical management support from a nurse-led organisation that prioritises quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Current NMBI registration (RCN, RGN, RNID).
• Minimum 1 year acute paediatric or relevant experience.
• Up-to-date mandatory training in line with NMBI requirements.
• Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland without sponsorship.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate one-to-one care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one clinical care for children with complex needs in the home setting.
• Cover night shift schedules (Mon-Sun) as part of a dedicated care team.
• Support families with clinical care and ensure family-centered, compassionate care.
